What is Turmeric and Super Strength Omega 3?
The combined power of curcumin and omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, with added vitamins. The benefits of fatty acids first became apparent back in the 1930s. Since then, research into nutritional fatty acids have grown considerably. In the 1970s, a research paper showed that Eskimos in Greenland had lower levels of fat in blood compared to other populations despite eating similar amounts of fat in their diet. As Eskimos eat a substantial amount of fish, they obtain higher levels of DHA and EPA, the omega 3 fatty acids that provide the health benefits of fish oil. This premium formulation combines the benefits of the omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA with the power of curcumin.
