What is Sustained Release Vitamin C?
Vitamin C is probably the most well−known and well−studied vitamin, which has been scientifically proven over the last decades, and indeed centuries, to help support many areas of your health, including the function of the immune and nervous systems, as well as the absorption of iron − a nutrient we are most likely to be deficient in. Vitamin C also has a plethora of lesser−known benefits, not least its support to psychological functions and energy levels, and its contribution to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
