What is Vitamin B Complex?
It's a group of eight essential B vitamins, including biotin and folic acid, that work together to make sure that our bodies' systems are operating efficiently. B−complex vitamins have a long list of functions, including maintaining heart health, supporting mental performance and psychological functions, as well as helping us to process food into energy and combating tiredness and fatigue.
