How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

It’s simple to subscribe to a product; just select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, choose the delivery frequency you require and click 'Set up now'. Your subscription will be added to your basket like a normal order.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. You will then be able to see your subscription details in the ‘My Subscriptions’ page in your account area on the website too.

How do I change or delay my order?

You can change the number of packs, delivery frequency or next scheduled dispatch date of your subscriptions at any time by logging in to your account and going to My Subscriptions. You can also update your delivery address and credit card details.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team on 1800 719 056. Please note subscriptions must be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid any charges.

How do I return an item?

Orders can be returned within Ireland for a refund of the price paid for the product. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing and can only be accepted if the products are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

The route and the method by which we transport your shipment shall be at our sole discretion. We will use third party carriers to fulfil our delivery obligations to you.

If we are unable to make a delivery of products because of an incorrect address, we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the shipment to the correct address although additional charges may apply.

Where our carrier is unable to complete the delivery of products for whatever reason they will try to leave a notice at the receiver's address stating that delivery of products has been attempted and the whereabouts of the shipment.

Subscribe & Save Policy

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Healthspan. Subscribe & Save offers the best value service to ensure you never run out of your favourite supplements. When you subscribe, you’ll receive 10% off every product as well as HALF PRICE delivery with no minimum spend. Your product will be sent to you automatically based on the frequency you have selected. You stay in complete control and can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

Delivery Charge

Irish Subscribe & Save orders benefit from HALF PRICE delivery - only €3.50.

Payment

Payment for Subscribe & Save orders is taken using a valid credit or debit card. By selecting the Subscribe & Save option you are authorising us to charge your payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected. You can update your payment details at any time by contacting our customer service team (FREEPHONE 1800 719 056) or via your online account.

Please note that any new payment details provided via your online account will be used for any new and existing Subscribe & Save products you may have. We are unable to accept payment for Subscribe & Save via cheque, PayPal, direct debit, or standing order.

Changes and Cancellations

You can change the number of packs, delivery frequency or next scheduled dispatch date of your subscriptions at any time by logging in to your account and going to My Subscriptions which can be found in My Account. In this section you can also update your delivery address and credit card details.

To ensure your products reach you on time we may also vary your dispatch date, for example if our warehouse is closed or our delivery partners are not operating over a Bank Holiday period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team on 1800 719 056. Please note subscriptions must be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid any charges. All transactions are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Price match promise

Our price match promise ensures you will always receive the best available price on your subscription orders. If the one-time purchase price on our website is on promotion and falls below your ongoing subscription price, then you will automatically receive this reduced price.

Promotional offers on new subscription signs ups are only applicable on the first subscription price and cannot be applied to existing subscriptions.

Voucher offers can be used in conjunction with the first subscription price for new subscription sign ups. However, voucher offers cannot be used in conjunction with the ongoing subscription price for existing subscriptions.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our Subscribe and Save prices at any time. If any changes are made to the pricing of your subscription, we will provide written notice in advance of taking payment. Customers will have the right to cancel their subscription before the updated price takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Substitutions

If there are supply issues with your subscription product, we will prioritise stock for you to minimise disruption. In rare cases where the product is out of stock, we will offer to dispatch an equivalent or superior product (based on formulation, benefit, or value) at the same price and frequency as your original subscription. We will contact you as soon as possible before dispatch to let you know of any proposed substitutions, via email or phone (if we do not hold a valid email address). You will have the option to decline the substitution or cancel your subscription at any time.

Product Discontinuations

From time to time, we may discontinue a product. If this occurs:

  • We will contact you at least 21 days before the change takes effect (the "effective date") to offer a substitution with an equivalent or superior product.
  • Our communication will include full details of the replacement product, pricing, and frequency, and will explain your right to cancel.
  • If you do not cancel before the effective date, we will continue your subscription with the new product. You can cancel at any time thereafter.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Termination

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
