It's an all−round supplement specially designed for vegetarians and vegans, that can provide a wide range of benefits, from immune health to supporting your energy levels. This animal−friendly product contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including the vitamins B12 and D, calcium, iodine, iron and zinc − nutrients that can be challenging to get in sufficient quantities from a plant−based diet.
