How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

It’s simple to subscribe to a product; just select the 'Subscribe & Save' option, choose the delivery frequency you require and click 'Set up now'. Your subscription will be added to your basket like a normal order.

After you have placed the order you will receive an email confirmation with all the details. You will then be able to see your subscription details in the ‘My Subscriptions’ page in your account area on the website too.

How do I change or delay my order?

You can change the number of packs, delivery frequency or next scheduled dispatch date of your subscriptions at any time by logging in to your account and going to My Subscriptions. You can also update your delivery address and credit card details.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team on 1800 719 056. Please note subscriptions must be cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date to avoid any charges.

How do I return an item?

Orders can be returned within Ireland for a refund of the price paid for the product. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing and can only be accepted if the products are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

The route and the method by which we transport your shipment shall be at our sole discretion. We will use third party carriers to fulfil our delivery obligations to you.

If we are unable to make a delivery of products because of an incorrect address, we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the shipment to the correct address although additional charges may apply.

Where our carrier is unable to complete the delivery of products for whatever reason they will try to leave a notice at the receiver's address stating that delivery of products has been attempted and the whereabouts of the shipment.

Where is my order?

Our warehouse is operating as normal but deliveries may experience delays of 2-3 days due to the current situation impacting our delivery providers.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within in this time frame please contact us at customercare@healthspan.ie and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours by your selected delivery supplier (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays dispatched within 24 hours after the next working day). If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our call centre immediately on 1800 719 056 (Open from 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week) we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched.

If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being dispatched, we will of course arrange a free-return and refund for any unwanted product(s).

How do I return an item?

To return an item please:

  • Contact our customer service team at customercare@healthspan.ie and they will email you a Returns form.
  • Return the product and we will process a refund via the original payment method within 10 Working Days of receipt of the returned product.

We will not refund any shipping charges nor do we provide free return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I reset my password?

With so many passwords to remember online, it is easy to forget which one to use for which site.

How do I change my contact details?

Once logged in you can amend your contact details. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page:

This will take you to your account page, from here click on "Update details", you can change your name and email address.

If you want to change your billing address and delivery address(es) click on "Address book".

What are NRVs?

In December 2014 European regulations came into effect changing how our nutritional information needed to be displayed. Here is a summary of these changes.RDAs (Recommended daily intake) changed to NRVs (Nutrient Reference Values). Instead of 100% RDA, you now see 100% NRV. The values for RDA and NRV are the same. 
  • The terminology ‘Nutritional Information’ changed to 'Product Information'.
  • The terminology used in ingredient lists is slightly different. For example, Vitamin B3 is listed with its scientific name: 'Nicotinamide' or 'Nicotinic Acid'.
  • We no longer display allergens separately in an 'Allergy Advice' box on the side of the pack. Instead, any allergens – such as egg or milk – are highlighted in bold within the ingredients list.
  • In the ingredients listing, Non-Active Ingredients are described in terms of how they contribute to the creation of your product.
