What is Apple Cider Vinegar?
The process of making apple cider vinegar begins with orchard-fresh apple juice, which is fermented as yeast converts natural sugars into alcohol. ‘The Mother’ is formed during this process which a collection of 'friendly' bacteria, enzymes and proteins.
