Ingredients

  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 15g dried apricots, chopped
  • 30g brazil nuts, chopped
  • 1 small glass orange juice

Method

  1. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced banana, chopped apricots and brazil nuts.
  3. Serve with a small glass of orange juice on the side.
