Description
What is OptiMSM®?
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a naturally occurring organic sulphur compound that acts as a major building block of complex proteins called glycosaminoglycans, key structural components of joint cartilage. MSM is made up of 34% sulfur - the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. Sulfur is an important nutrient for the maintenance of joints, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues. MSM occurs in small amounts in certain foods, however nutritionists believe that diets are generally low in sulphur and therefore often recommend an MSM supplement.
Why choose Healthspan's OptiMSM® tablets?
Our tablets are made using OptiMSM® - the purest and safest form of MSM you can find, obtained via a special patented distillation process. OptiMSM® is also backed by numerous clinical studies for safety and efficacy. Research suggests that an intake of 2-3g of MSM daily is required to achieve optimum results - our MSM tablets provide a convenient way to achieve these recommended levels.
Made in the UK.
